Acute or chronic renal insufficiency (CRF) is an irreversible disease in cats and cannot be cured. However, something can be done to improve the quality of life in cats with kidney disease and to slow the progression of the disease as much as possible. Two points are absolutely paramount:

1. Ensuring the intake of high quality food and moisture
2. Relief of the kidneys through a diet that is gentle on the organs

Essential for cats with kidney dysfunction is first and foremost regular food consumption and, depending on the stage of the kidney disease, switching to diet food. But this is exactly what causes many cat owners a headache, because cats are very sensitive creatures and react to even to the smallest changes. If the cat is not doing well or is not getting its usual food, it often no longer eats and so weakens even further. For several days this is extremely threatening.

RECOACTIV® Kidney Tonic breaks this dangerous downward spiral of malaise and refusal to eat. It stimulates the appetite and stimulates the cat to eat again, while at the same time the animal is optimally supplied with vitamins, important nutrients and moisture (important!). All ingredients have been specially formulated to meet the needs of cats with kidney disease in order to put as little strain on the kidneys as possible (see special recipe).

Long-term use is recommended for chronically ill animals.

FEEDING RECOMMENDATION

10 ml (1 tablespoon or 10 ml in a measuring cup)

Duration of use : If necessary, the product can be given permanently. Fresh water should always be offered freely.
